HR Essentials

Coaching for Performance

This program is specifically designed for those who are looking to deepen their understanding of their role as leader by applying principles of multigenerational differences, trust building, coaching and compassionate leadership. Prerequisites: Building Stronger Workplace Relationships and either Performance Management &/or Leadership Level I. Preference will be given to those who are currently managing employees.

IDEA Fundamentals

This program is designed for leaders of organizations who want to explore and deepen their understanding of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) in the workplace. This training focuses on key concepts, terminology, and strategies for leaders to be able to create diverse and welcoming workplaces. This course is based on in a NS context, focusing on inclusion strategies for persons with disabilities, persons who identify as 2SLGBTQ+, Indigenous Peoples and Mi’kmaq, and Black and African Nova Scotians. Content may include:
