This 40-hour program is designed to provide you with the fundamentals of Project Management with hands-on, practical knowhow. In fact, to make your learning as relevant as possible, participants are asked to choose their own project to apply throughout the course. As a participant you will learn how to set your goals, plot them out, communicate them, and end up with a firm actionable plan. Each participant will be given the opportunity to present their plan. Building Better Business Relationships

  • Non-verbal Communication
  • Set Effective Goals

Engaging Employees through Smart Performance Management

This program provides participants with a general overview and understanding of performance management as the integral function of HR in a business — whether you have 1 or 50 employees. It is recommended this program be done after completing the program Building Better Business Relationships. Transformational Leadership

This program is designed to support you as you develop the knowledge and skills to define your leadership style and helps to create a workplace that engages and inspires. Learn how to apply Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership and Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. It is recommended this program be done after the programs Building Better Business Relationships and Performance Management. Content may include:

  • Strengthen your Coaching Skills
  • Create a Leadership Manifesto
  • Navigating Change in the Workplace

Coaching for Performance

This program is specifically designed for those who are looking to deepen their understanding of their role as leader by applying principles of multigenerational differences, trust building, coaching and compassionate leadership. Prerequisites: Building Stronger Workplace Relationships and either Performance Management &/or Leadership Level I. Preference will be given to those who are currently managing employees.
