Dear Busness Owners,
As you are aware, Open East Hants Day, one of the East Hants & Districts Chamber’s signature events, did not take place this year as it has in the past, due to restrictons from Covid-19. The EHCC would still like to promote our members and support 0ur local buisnesses. As restrictions still prevent us from hosting this popular event, we would like to do a heavy social media promotion of the East Hants and surrounding businesses from September 11th – 25th.
We will be announcing and promoting businesses, offers, and services in lieu of Open East Hants Day. We would like to have your response by September 4th so we can organize posts on Social Media and get some advertising and hype within the community. We are still looking into other ways we could best promote the businesses.
You may offer a single promotion, multiple promotions, or a week long promotion. It can be as simple as letting the community know your hours of operatin, where you’re located (maybe a new location), what services/products you have to offer and how they are being delivered/offered at this time. It could be a contest, or a live social media video that we can promote and share. It’s really up to you! Our goal is to let the community know how they can support you during these uncertain times and how they can show their Love For Local!
If you have any additional insight or ideas, we would love to hear from you.
If interested we will need:
- A high quality photo, logo or graphic with the dimensions of 2160px X 2160px
- Information on your business, promotions or services max. 75 words.
Let us know you’re interested in participating by September 4th so we can get to work on the promotion. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
