From 9:00 am – 11:30 am the presentation will focus on:

>Productivity through employee engagement.
>AI and automation’s impact.
>Insights on workforce dynamics
>Leadership in contemporary challenges.

Eddie’s presentation will inspire leaders to implement these strategies, driving meaningful organizational change. By connecting personal grouth with business success, he will demonstrate how empowering individuals can lead to significant advancements in addressing the labour challenges facing Canada’s employers.
