WCB Nova Scotia Information Session

WCB Nova Scotia’s CEO Karen Adams shares what’s ahead for the organization, along with an update on the WCB’s Strategic Plan. Changes are on the way – including new duty-to-cooperate rules under an updated Act. It’s a big step toward a new way of doing things, with more accountability across the board – for the WCB, for employers and workers, and for service providers.
