DESCRIPTION:The EHCC is hosting its 8th Annual Trivia Night: Supporting Local Food Banks and the Community Garden on Tuesday February 25th\, 2025\, from 6:30-9:00pm at Shooter’s Bar & Grill. (Doors open at 4:30). This is all in support of our local food banks! \nAll profits up to $10\,000 will be donated to help support food security in East Hants. This annual event\, honoring the memory of Susie McDonell\, continues to make a powerful contribution to our community. Pre-registration is appreciated (see below) so we can anticipate attendance. However\, walk-ins are welcome on the day of the event. Businesses that register for this event open their doors to the public and invite the community into their place of business to share their products and services. This collective “Open House” event makes it easy for people to experience everything East Hants has to offer\, so that they become ambassadors of our area by getting acquainted with the people who work and play here. \nALL EAST HANTS BUSINESSES WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE – FREE OF CHARGE \nIf you’re a local business interested in participating\, please register using the link below. There is NO COST to participate and all businesses are encouraged to take part. \nThere are 2 Pop-Up Locations for those businesses without a store-front. This year\, in order to encourage young entrepreneurs\, we welcome youth (age 18 and under) to let us know they want to participate at any pop-up location.
