3rd Annual Workplace Education Celebration

Every year we celebrate with those who participated in the East Hants Workplace Ed Program.

It takes time and dedication to build on those business skills so essential to the growth of one’s business!

This year we celebrated with over 40 participants, Kimberly White of the Department of Labor and Advanced Education, MLA Margaret Miller, our talented and knowledge instructors – Debbie Lawrence, Lynn MacKinnon and Jeff Brown who was there in spirit; and EHCC Board and Committee members (Sheila Wilson Bianchi, Stacey Ingraham, Sharon Prest, Graham Scott, Jayme Newcombe, Jan Elizabeth, Linda D. Wood, Tanya Burke).

Guest speakers were program participants Jayme Newcombe of Tim Hortons in Milford, Sandra MacDonald of Breezy Wraps and Rev. David Fletcher of the Anglican Parish of Lantz. Along with Kimberly White and Margaret Miller.

We would like to thank everyone who came out to celebrate with us on such a rainy night, for the participants who continue to take the programs, our instructors who have been with us for years now, Colleen O’conner of LAE for all your support and the Education Committee team!

Thank you to Cat Addington of Kittycat’s Cakery for another amazing creation!

Congratulations everyone on your committment for advanced education and to those of you who received Pathway certificates!
